Alfa Romeo MiTo is official car of the 2013 Superbike Championship.

Green light for the 2013 Superbike season: the prestigious world event for standard production-derived motorbikes starts again on 24 February in the Australian summer, at the Phillip Island circuit.
At the track, together with the two-wheeled racers, will be the Alfa Romeo MiTo: Official and Safety Car of the twenty-sixth edition of the Superbike Championship.

The MiTo SBK Limited Edition 1.4 170 HP QV takes up the baton of the previous edition from the Alfa Romeo Giulietta, confirming a partnership between Alfa Romeo and the Superbike world championship that has now reached its sixth year running: a special bond between a motorcycling event that boasts millions of fans at all latitudes and the brand that best expresses the spirit of automotive competitions.

A concentrate of technology and design, the MiTo SBK is the superlative expression of Alfa Romeo’s sporting tradition. Derived from the Quadrifoglio Verde versions and produced in 200 examples, it adopts the most powerful engine of the range and features a race total look which conveys all the thrills of the track, even on everyday roads.
