Alfa Romeo

History Museum

Inaugurated in 1976 over an area of 4800 m2, the Alfa Romeo History Museum narrates the glorious past of a great Brand, its technological breakthroughs, unforgettable models, and endless string of sports wins. The first section includes more than 100 cars, some twenty engines and two chassis frames, flanked by photos and posters of the period.
The second section includes a number of style studies and 11 dream cars. Avio propellers and engines are the focus of the third section, while the fourth section covers small scale models and the trophies won by Alfa Romeo drivers in just under 100 years of legendary feats on the roads and the racing circuits. Most of the cars collected in the Museum are perfectly functioning: these jewels mesmerised crowds of fans along the road of the entire world, during the most prestigious international sporting events.
