Passive safety

The Alfa Romeo 159 is top in class also in terms of passive safety. New high-resistance dual-phase steel body, a non-deformable floor bed and the solid engine mount structure guarantee maximum protection even in high speed crashes. Finally, seven standard airbags (front, side, window and driver's knee bags) and triple Isofix rear attachments complete the top level safety equipment that enabled the 159 to be awarded 5 EuroNcap stars.
